Refunds & reprints
A photo book is manufactured for one customer and cannot be resold, so the usual returns model does not apply. Here is what does.
If something is wrong with the book
We reprint it at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. You keep the original; we do not want it back and return postage on a faulty book is a waste of your afternoon. This covers colour, banding, binding, trim, transit damage and arrival after the promised date.
If you change your mind
Before production starts, we cancel and refund in full — just message us, and quickly, because most orders reach the press within a day. Once a book is on the press it cannot be cancelled, because the materials and the press time are already spent on your specific book.
If you made a mistake
A typo in your own caption, a photo you meant to swap, the wrong size ordered — technically not our fault, and technically not covered. In practice we reprint at cost price, because a customer with a book they are ashamed of is worse for us than a sheet of paper. Just ask.
If a photo printed softly
We measure every image before you order and warn you about anything that will print softly, blocking checkout outright where it is unprintable. If you proceeded past a warning we showed you, that is not a manufacturing defect. We will still normally help you fix and reprint it at cost.
How long refunds take
Back on the original payment method within three working days of us agreeing it. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Gift cards
Gift cards never expire and can be refunded to the purchaser at any time while unspent. Balances left after an order stay on the card.
