Books over 100 pages take one extra day to bind. Lay-flat and Heirloom editions are mounted by hand and add a day on top of that. The date shown at checkout already includes both — it is the date we are promising, not a best case.

Worldwide, duties included
International orders ship delivered-duty-paid. Any customs charge is calculated and settled at checkout, so nothing is demanded on the doorstep before the courier will hand the book over.

- Moulded recycled-board packaging, no plastic film
- Delivery emissions offset through certified removals
- Damaged in transit is a reprint, not a claim form
One order, several addresses
Set a different destination per book in the cart and we post each one separately, with its own gift message and its own tracking. You pay one shipping charge per destination — which is what it costs us — instead of placing five separate orders.
Useful for grandparents, team parents, siblings and anyone sending a memorial book to a whole family.

On any order over the threshold shown in your cart. It is a standing threshold, not a promotion, and it does not expire at midnight.
